Substance use and mental illness are community health problems, and can only be effectively addressed by a collaborative, community health approach to long-term recovery planning, resource coordination, recovery navigation, and ongoing support. Completing a treatment program isn’t the end of the journey, but the beginning.
TNH builds and enhances recovery supports in communities across the region. Founded in 2017 to raise the standard of sober housing in South Central Pennsylvania, we’ve since grown into one of the largest sober living communities in the state and have expanded to offer integrated recovery support services for co-occurring conditions. Our mission is to provide a bridge from effective treatment into lives of resiliency and purpose, built on the tested principles of community recovery.
